Can I start with an Audit and upgrade to a Reset?
Absolutely. Many clients start with the Ops Audit to get clarity, then upgrade to a 90-Day Reset for implementation. If you upgrade within 30 days, 100% of your Audit fee is credited toward the Reset.
What's included in the AI Tools subscriptions?
All 21 AI tools are available to paid subscribers — including the OKR Builder, Playbook Generator, Board Report Generator, Automation Blueprint, and all integration setup tools. The free account gives you 3 runs per tool per month so you can evaluate before subscribing. Paid plans (Starter/Growth/Scale) unlock unlimited runs, save-to-hub functionality, PDF exports, and AI context memory that improves outputs the more you use the platform.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. All subscriptions are month-to-month with no cancellation fees. You can cancel from your dashboard or by emailing hello@groundworkops.io — your access continues until the end of your billing period. Annual plans receive a prorated refund for unused months if cancelled in the first 30 days.
Is my company data private and secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We do not use your company data to train AI models. Tool inputs and outputs are stored in your account hub and are only accessible by you. We are SOC 2 Type II compliant and GDPR-ready. You can request a full data export or deletion at any time.
What does onboarding look like for paid subscribers?
After subscribing, you'll receive an onboarding email with a guided setup checklist: (1) complete your company profile so the AI has context about your stage and goals, (2) run the Ops Readiness Score as your baseline, (3) choose 2–3 tools to start with based on your top pain points. Most subscribers see meaningful output within their first 20-minute session.
How fast can you start?
AI tool subscriptions are instant — access is live within minutes of payment. For consulting engagements, most kick off within 5 business days of signing the SOW and receiving the kickoff payment. Fractional COO retainers typically have a one-week onboarding before we're fully embedded.
